Through the Years Gone - Jan Houtman - Page 11

Normally I would post a new page of work on this particular sampler, or at least it seems that I have been able to post about a page of work a week.  Until now!!!!Right now I am stuck on page 11!  I had to rip scads of stitching out, and then I had to actually put down grid lines, to make sure I was staying on track.  All started because I was one measly stitch off.  I keep thinking that it would just work out.  After all it's just one measly stitch.  But the more I stitched, the more off it seemed to be.  So, the only thing to be done, was rip it out, and run grid lines and start all over again.  So if there looks from this picture that there has been no progress, it's because there really hasn't been any.  OHHHH, the joys of cross stitch.

    1. Agreed! But I think I'm back on track now, and will be able to finish page 11 on the end of this week. Right now I have quite a bit of time to stitch. I broke my foot and am in a large boot, so I have to take it sort of easy. I had to move my frame to the main floor, because with having 3 floors it was way too much to be running up and down either with the boot or crutches. Once out of the boot, I'll have to revert to my regular household duties, UGH!
